President Jennifer Cusack
Jennifer Cusack works is the Region Manager in Local Public Affairs for Southern California Edison. She covers the Morongo Basin, Palm Desert, Indian Wells and Blythe. She serves on the Palm Desert Area Chamber Board and has been a Yucca Valley Soroptimist member since 2012. She is a local native, Copper Mountain College Alumna, and Graduate of University of Redlands. Her experience includes sales, water, local government, real estate, public relations, marketing, construction and now electric utility. Her passion is her family, as she has two young children, husband, dog and a large extended family. Jennifer enjoys living in the Joshua Tree Gateway Communities and as time allows, stays involved in ways to help improve life in the Morongo Basin.
Secretary Paula Steib
A resident of Twentynine Palms, Paula retired here from the Washington D.C area after 20 years as a communications director for national nonprofit associations, including the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials and the American Occupational Therapy Association. She has extensive writing, editing, and publishing experience both in print and online. Paula previously served as the Secretary and Treasurer of Action Council for Twentynine Palms and is the current Treasurer for The Friends of the Twentynine Palms Library.
Vice President Shelley Licata
Shelley Licata has lived in the community for over 52 years - "born and raised" in Yucca Valley. Yucca Valley was founded and named by her grandmother Hilda Hardesty.
She serves as Vice President for Pacific Western Bank and has over 30 years of banking experience.
